Returns and exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Returns and exchange details
We will accept returns of items that are damaged or unusable in other ways. When we receive the items back, we will refund or replace the item and cover shipping.

If you wish to return something that is not what you through it would be, or if you change your mind, we will accept the return if it is in the same condition in which it was shipped, in exchange for other products or a store credit. We will not refund shipping in this instance.

Payment
All payments are processed through PayPal - Credit Card, Debit Cards or PayPal balance.

Shipping
All items are shipped by Australia Post. We charge actual postage plus a $1 packaging fee. If you want insurance or tracking, please choose Prepaid Satchels.

We cannot be held responsible for items that get lost in the mail, especially when there is no tracking purchased.

Custom Dyeing

We are happy to dye custom orders. The cost is $5 on top of the current cost of the hank of silk. If you would like a hank that is no longer in stock or a combination of colours from our hanks, or an existing hank tweaked, just send us the information.
We also dye from DMC numbers, so if you want a variegated or solid hank based on DMC colours, just send us the numbers and tell us what you would like.
