Store Policies

GOING POSTAL!! ~ When buying multiple items the postage can add up but rest assured I happily refund the difference when actual postage is less! Please keep in mind air mail can take up to 15 work days. Shipping occurs within 1-2 business days upon receipt of payment.
For domestic orders, I ship through the Australia Post with delivery to you generally within 3-6 days depending upon your location (some regional areas may take longer). If you wish to have the item sent by registered post or via express postage, please let me know before placing your order.

For international orders, I ship via Australia Post Air Mail. Delivery will generally take 10-15 business days.
Your shipping addresses on Craftumi and PayPal should be identical. I will ship to the Craftumi address by default, if you paid via PayPal.

International buyers are responsible for the payment of any import duties, taxes, customs charges and other such fees associated with imports (these are not charges levied by Oliver & May). I can't mark items you have purchased as a "gift" on the customs forms as this is against the law.

Once goods are handed over to Australia Post for shipping I cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered parcels. If you wish to upgrade postage to be registered or express posted, please contact me prior checkout for additional charge.

EXPEDIATED POSTAGE is available. Let me know if you require a quote before placing order or select express during checkout.

REFUNDS: I personnally check and carefully pack all items for shipping. It is for this reason that if you find your item defective in any way, whilst I am more than happy to replace item, return postage will be at buyers cost. If the item is no longer available, a full refund will be given upon return of the purchased item.

If you want to refund or exchange an item, please note that returned items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 business days of your receipt of the item as indicated by the delivery confirmation. Refunds will be processed once the product is received and its original condition is verified. Unfortunately, shipping charges will not be refunded and buyers are responsible for return shipping charges. If you paid by PayPal, you will receive a refund to your PayPal account - less shipping charges.
If you receive an item which was damaged during transit, please make sure to 1) contact me, 2) document the damage including a photo and 3) contact Australia Post. I will do all that I can to rectify the situation, including replacement or refund if that becomes necessary. Carrier damage is not your fault so I will work with you, just stay in touch and communicate the issues.
Additionally, after receiving a shipping notification from me, if you have not received your item within 10 business days (for domestic orders) or 4 weeks (for international orders), please contact me.
