Store Policies

PAYMENT
Payment can be made via PayPal or direct bank deposit. Please send payment through within 48 hours of purchase, items not paid for within this time-frame may be relisted.

SHIPPING
Items will be shipped via Australia Post within 24 hours of payment being received.
If you require express post please email me at info@smalldesignshandmade.com or message me at checkout.
Please let me know if you require an alternative method of delivery.

International postage - If you require an item to be posted to an international destination please inquire regarding postage costs.

I am happy to post items together to reduce the postage cost. If you are thinking of buying more than one item, please contact me for a postage quote.

If you require insurance, please let me know, this will be an additional cost to the postage quoted on the listing.

EXCHANGE & REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let me know straight away when you receive your goods, and I will endevour to sort out any issues. Refunds will be provided minus the postage costs.
All return shipping charges are the customers responsibility.
